GULDER ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS‎

• The promoter is Nigerian Breweries Plc (RC 613) with headquarters at Iganmu House, Abebe Village Road, Iganmu, Lagos licensee of the Gulder® brand in Nigeria. In these terms and conditions Nigerian Breweries Plc and Gulder® will be used interchangeably.
• The competition is open to Gulder® online fans, resident in Nigeria and who are of age 18 years and above.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Gulder® official Instagram, Twitter and Facebook page.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person on the same post will be disqualified.
• Closing date for entry will be the stipulated date. After this date, no further entries into the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Use of a false name or address will result in automatic disqualification.
• The prizes are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• Winners will be chosen from all entries received and verified by Nigerian Breweries Plc based on the correct entry.
• Winners will be notified by DM on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram a day to the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, Nigerian Breweries Plc reserves the right to withdraw the prize from such winner.
• Gulder® reserves the right to record prize presentations, document and use images of winners for such purposes as but not restricted to TV, internet, print and brand promotions and in any form (except defamatory or pornographic).
• Winners shall be responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes. The prizes are subject to availability and adherence to these terms and conditions.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, Nigerian Breweries Plc reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Nigerian Breweries Plc reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and/or reject entries that it considers at its sole discretion as unaligned with the competition.
