How To Win/Winning In The Consumer Promotion
- The Dangote Cement Bag of Goodies promotion hdas a duration of approximately 3 months from 3rd July – till 30th Oct. 2019.
- Star Prize of 43 G3 GAC saloon cars will be won by participating consumers through scratch cards inserts in promotional bags over a period of 12 weeks.
- Consumers will buy any promotional bag of Dangote Cement Product, Open the bag and find a branded scratch card inserted in the bag. The consumer will scratch the card, whatever is revealed is what is won.
- Winning items includes: LG 42' television set, LG 200ltr refrigerator, Bajaj ricycle (open back carriage), Bajaj motorcycle, N10,000 cash, N1,000 cash, G3 GAC cars, Dangote Goodie Packs (assortments of Dangote food products)
- All items won are redeemed instantly through designated 200 redemption centers nationwide including all Dangote Cement Regional offices and Depots except the start prize of G3 GAC saloon car.
- Star prize will be redeemed within a maximum of 7days at winner's events to further create awareness for the promotion. Should the winner be unable to attend the event, the gift will still be available (consistent with NLA 2005 on prize redemption) for a maximum period of 180 days.
- Star prize winner scratch card will be subjected to verification to confirm authenticity before redemption.
- Other items except the star prize as captioned above can be redeemed instantly at designated redemption centers published upon verification by the promotion redemption agents.
- Participation is restricted to 18+ years
- Any items not redeemed by 30thSeptember 2019 will no longer be valid for redemption.
- Consumer bears full liability for any incidence of over scratched panel on the promotion scratch card if item on the panel is no longer legible or readable. Such over scratched card may not be redeemed
- The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
- Dangote Cement Plc will be responsible for local government advert fees and other cost associated with the placement of any branding on star prize won for a period of 1year after which winner takes responsibility.
- Dangote Cement Plc reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason best considered by DCP, subject to the approval of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dangote Cement Plc will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of entering this Bonanza or winning the Star-prize or consolation prizes.
- Dangote Cement Plc will be responsible for the delivery of the Star-prize to any destination of choice of the winner as long as it is within the territory of Nigeria.
