How Opay Agents can pay their Customers with Debit ATM cards When Withdrawal Network is Down

How to use opay pos to pay customers when the network is bad or sotipay app is not working ....

Have your tried SOTIPAY opay app using ATM card at it refuse to pay?

Did you have network error of nibs or whatever?

Is the customer card scratch that the sotipay can't read the card?.

Is there any TIMEOUT or CodeAAA Error?

There is still another way to pay your cusutomers without stress..

How to pay customers when Opay network is bad. 
...1. open your opay Agent app.

Go to ADD MONEY in the top of your browser. As seen in the above picture 

2. Click ADD MONEY

3. Select TOP UP YOUR WALLET USING DEBIT CARD.

4. Click add new payment option
i. Click again at the picture of the master or visa card...
ii. ENTER THE CARD NUMBER, CARDHOLDER FULL NAME in the card, EXPIRY DATE
iii. Click add card.

5. Once the app write (successful added)
i. Turn the card back to see the CCV number (3 numbers) enter the Ccv number and the amount.



6. And send .... app will ASK for ATM pin....
i. Give your POS to customer to input the pin...
ii. Click send. ... an OTP will be sent to the customer  registered number with bank..
(ALWAYS 6 number)...

Enter the OTP number in the column showing in your pos and confirm. ...

Once it is successful. .....the money will be added into your wallet.

Note :
1. Make sure the customer is with his or her registered mobile number with bank to receive the OTP number
2. The maximum payment is N9999.
3. The OTP number only last for 10 minutes  depending on the bank terms.
4. Charges ate N100 - 10000 (N10 charges )

9999 (80 naira charges)


Caution. .
Explain to your customer what you are about to do to avoid him or her suspecting you as if you are about to temper his or her privacy.

Other option to pay your customers when network is bad.

1.You can plead with the customer to do transfer into your wallet .... for easy access and alert.

2.Get or Activate online bank platform for easy access of your credited account from cusutomers in case your sms alert delays ( plead with customer to transfer into your account just in case they can't find opay wallet options.)
