Participation in this Contest will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time without notice).
The responsibility is on participants to acquaint themselves periodically with the rules/terms.
All participants during the term of this Contest agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Contest:
UAC Foods My Gala Combo (“Contest”). The organizers of the Competition is UAC Food Plc for Gala Sausage Roll
2. Contest Period:
2.1 The Contest will run from 12th September, 2020 to 12th October, 2020
(“the Contest Period”).
2.2 The duration of the Contest may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the organizer.
3. Who may enter:
3.1 All participants must:
a. Be citizens or legal residents of Nigeria during the Contest Period.
b. Must be a human and be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the Contest Period.
3.2 Participation in this Competition excludes the Organizer, their directors, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with the Contest/Concert and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates.
3.3 Winners of any Gala Sausage Roll contest within the last 6 months are not eligible to participate
3.4 The promoter reserves the right to select winners and disqualify erring participants in its sole discretion.
3.5 Participants must possess a valid form of identification
4. How to participate in the Competition:
4.1 The participant must:
a. Post a picture or video of you eating Gala with a combination/side of choice and the caption must have the hashtag

b. Follow and Like Gala Sausage Roll on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
4.2 Entry to this Competition does not make any participant a winner of a promotion item/prize.
4.3 Winners will be required to take pictures and the pictures will be used on our social media pages
4.4 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered; or any defect, malfunction, damage or liability of or caused by any of the prizes to be won/received under this Promotion.
4.5 It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that any information which you provide to the Organizer is accurate, complete and up to date.
5. Can I enter more than once?
5.1 Multiple entries per participant may be accepted at the Organizer’s sole discretion and the organizer shall be sole adjudicator of any dispute in this regard and the Organizer’s decision shall be final.
6. Prize:
6.1 The Contest gives participants an opportunity to be selected as the winner of the following prizes:
· The First price is a Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) and a Gala Goodie Bag
· The Second prize is Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) and a Gala goodie bag
· The 3rd prize is Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) and Gala Goodie Bag
Please note that content of the “Gala Goodie Bag” is at the sole discretion of the brand and may or may not be announced during the campaign
6.2 Prize is not transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, or assignment of the Prize is permitted.
6.3 The Prize shall be subject to stock availability and in the event of no stock being available; the Organizer in its sole discretion shall determine a suitable replacement in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
6.4 Any and all tax implications and liabilities as a result of winning the Prize will be solely borne by the winner.
7. Selection Process:
7.1 Participants who post the most creative yet relatable picture or video of them eating Gala in a unique way will be selected and may be put up for vote if we deem fit.
