“Mouka Bedroom Makeover” Competition Terms and Conditions
The competition organizer is Mouka Limited
This competition is open to residents of Lagos, Nigeria aged 18 years and above.
The employees of Mouka Limited and supporting agencies and their immediate families and spouses are excluded from the contest. Any participation of these persons in the contest in violation of this term shall be considered automatically void.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Upload the picture to your desired platform - Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag, #I’veGotMyMouka
Tag Mouka Limited in your entry and challenge 2 friends to go find their Mouka
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The entrant must be following Mouka Limited on Facebook or Instagram in order to enter the competition.
The competition kicks-off on July 15th 2021, and the closing date for entry will be [August 31st, 2021]. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be recognized.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner of this contest will win a Bedroom Makeover sponsored by Mouka Limited.
Mouka will determine the scope and extent of the makeover.
The winner of this contest must reside in Lagos.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Mouka Limited and (or) its agents.
The winner will be contacted via DM on Facebook or Instagram on the day they are announced. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The organizer will notify the winner when and how the prize will be redeemed.
The organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
