ELIGIBILITY.
i. To be eligible for this Promo, an individual must: be a legal resident of Nigeria and the age of maturity in the province of Nigeria – 18 years and above.
ii. Employees of the Sponsor, associated Sponsor, (collectively, the “Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, distributors and their staff members, production vendors, advertising, activation and promotional agencies, and the household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Promo.
iii. By entering the promo, entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete.
iv. A valid means of identification will be requested for to claim the daily and monthly grand prizes. The acceptable identification can be either a driver’s license, international passport, voter’s registration card or national identity card. Other forms of identification will not be accepted.
v. Entrants must be registered subscribers of any of the following mobile network operator in Nigeria: MTN, Airtel, Glo Mobile, 9mobile.
vi. The Sponsor, its associated companies, directors, and employees, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the Entrant during and after the course of partaking in the promo
vii. All entrants, 18 years of age and above have read and unconditionally agree to the promo rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promo. The entrant is aware that winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
viii. The Sponsors shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to be rewarded in the Promo. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsors for the purpose of the Promo must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

2. PROMO PERIOD.
i. The Promo begins at 12:00 a.m. on July 26, 2021 and ends at Midnight on October 25, 2021 (the “Promo Period”). To be eligible for the Promo, entries must be received between the Promo period/timeline from July 26, 2021 to October 26, 2021 (the end of the “Promo Entry Period”) after which time the Promo Entry Period will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
ii. The Sponsor reserves the right to change or extend the Promo Period which shall be communicated on the brand’s social media handle (@WAWNigeria)
A. WAW EFFECT QUIZ
1. HOW TO ENTER.
i. There is a purchase necessary to enter the Promo.
ii. You have chosen WAW detergent, so you are already a winner, however, you can win more by participating in this promo segment. To enter the Promo, entrants must purchase 1 (one) promo pack from any supermarket, outlet, shop, store or market.
iii. Entrants are advised to carefully read the instructions at the back of the pack and follow them as written. They must also read these room rules as well
iv. Entrants are expected to call the number as seen in the how to win steps on the back of the promo pack
v. Entrants who answer the multiple option questions correctly will receive a prompt stating qualification to win either airtime or the daily grand prize of N50,000
vi. To participate, entrants must call and answer the questions using a Nigerian telecommunication number during the promo period.
vii. All entries made before or after the stated promo period will be void
2. WINNER SELECTION.
i. Determination of winners will be done via an electronic draw (“e-draw)
ii. A maximum of 500 entrants who answer all the questions correctly will randomly be selected daily to win airtime of either N50 or N100
iii. One (1) winner will be randomly selected, from the lot of winners, to win the daily grand prize of N50,000
iv. Entrants who won the airtime or daily prize (“Rewarded Entrants”) will undergo verification process to ensure that they aren’t affiliated to the Sponsor either as staff, or distributors.
v. After verification, airtime winners will be credited immediately.
vi. A rewarded entrant will be not be eligible to win another prize for a period of 14days.
vii. An entrant can only win the daily prize, once during the promo period
viii. Multiple daily entries will render entrant’s submission, void; An entrant can only answer the set of 3 questions, once daily. Answering more than 1 set of questions will be regarded as multiple entries and thus made void
ix. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and Entrants (including but not limited to Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify all entries that are not in accordance with the promo rules or that tampers with the claims process. If the Sponsor fails to implement any of its rights at any stage, this does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
x. Daily grand prize winners will undergo the following steps
a) Phone number is revalidated to ensure the owner isn’t a staff, sales partner, or an affiliate of the sponsor
b) Picture of the winner alongside the promo pack and their personal information (name and location) will be requested to be sent within a specified period of time via WhatsApp
c) Winner will be required to send the promotional pack to a disclosed location
d) Once the promotional pack is received, the bank details (Account Name, Account Number and Bank Name) will be requested from the winner. Account name should tally with the name provided in (a)
e) Winner is to sign an image release form, giving the sponsor the rights to use their image for public relation (PR) purposes for the promotion
xi. The Sponsor will not under any circumstance, ask any winner to share their BVN number, pin number or password.
xii. Daily grand prize redemption offers are subject to the return of the empty pack(s) to the Sponsor.
xiii. By accepting the daily grand prize, winners have given the Sponsor the right to use their name, picture and state of residence in any and all media for promotional/marketing purposes with no payment consideration to the Entrant.
xiv. Prizes are non-transferable.
xv. The Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner on the grounds that the selected rewarded entrant declines the prize offer based on personal issues. Or the winner is affiliated to the Sponsor. No prize will be deferred to a later date than the stipulated reward duration.
xvi. Any further rewarded entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original rewarded entrant and will be subject to these rules.
xvii. Any prize not collected for any reason 30 (thirty) days after notification, either due to irregularities in details and/or other personal matters of the rewarded entrant will be forfeited, and no correspondence will be entered into.
xviii. The use of the prizes awarded to rewarded winners is at the risk and expense of the winners.
xix. Winners cannot hold the Sponsor liable for the use of prizes.
xx. In the event that the prize is not available despite the reasonable endeavors to secure it, the Sponsor has the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
xxi. Entrant’s participation in this competition is considered as acceptance and abidance to the promo rules

1. HOW TO ENTER & WIN:

iii. To stand a chance to win the grand prize of N1 million, entrants must complete the sentence AMAZING WAW EFFECT using the following steps
a. Find the hidden words (i) AMAZING (ii) EFFECT, alphabets W-A-W, alphabets A-M-A-Z-I-N-G or alphabets E-F-F-E-C-T on the promo pack, it’s on the pack waiting to be found
b. To complete the sentence AMAZING WAW EFFECT, you need to have a mix of the promo packs with alphabets and words

d. When the sentence is complete with the right mix of words or alphabets; consumers are to send the sachets with their name, phone number and location to the Expand Global office.

3. GENERAL
i. This Promo is fully compliant with the local laws and regulations of the above stated country. Whenever there is a discrepancy between these rules and the local applicable laws, the later supersedes.
ii. The Sponsor will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, or non-receipt of entries, related to or resulting from participation in the promo.
