We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Relation Executive/ Receptionist
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 yrs experience
Criteria: Female, Good in Customer Relationship/Handling, 
Computer Literature
Education – Graduate
Location – Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description :
• Workshop Customer's data to be maintained with correct and latest account details (Contact no. contact person name, e-mail ids, etc.).
• Accept service booking and register in the appointment sheet.
• Accepted appointments to be informed to respective Service Advisors & Service Manager.
• Making a prior call for reconfirmation of appointments. Welcome and greet customers
• Handling Customers arriving at reception to be greeted and introduced to respective service advisors in case all service advisors are busy.
• Follow-up with customers who have not visited in the last two years.
• Instant feedback analysis to be done.
• Post Service follow-up calls to be made to customers and ensure proper feedback.
• Positive and negative feedback with analysis to be given to Manager Monthly.
• Follow-up with workshop and ensure proper closure of customer complaints.
• Build and enhance customer relationship
• Promotion of company’s activities in relation to service, parts, and car sales campaigns.
