Global Money Week is an annual week-long event that is aimed at equipping children and youths economically to help them make smart financial decisions for a brighter future. 

This year’s theme, “Money Matters Matter” is one that seeks to drive a conversation that helps children and youths develop necessary skills needed to be resourceful and financially independent adults. 

 At FirstBank, we believe it is never too early to start learning how to make, save and grow your money, which is why we have also embarked on a journey to educate children in 30 schools across the country. Another way we are seeking to engage is our online competition where kids between the ages of 11-17 get to tell us how they are growing their money in order to secure their future.
