Win ₦50,000 at Vconnect Nigeria #ImAPro challenge competitions ‎

At Vconnect, we are dedicated to promoting and connecting people to local businesses all over the country. As such, we want to recognize the effort put in by service professionals in responding to willing customers.

To apply to the Vconnect #ImAPro business story contest, simply do the following:

• Follow us on either Facebook, Twitter orInstagram @vconnectnigeria
• Upload a video of you sharing your business story to your social media page(s) and tag @vconnectnigeria and using #ImAPro

We’ll announce participants with the best story on our social media outpost. They will be smiling as they get to win #50,000. Also, we will be promoting their business to over 500,000 potential customers via email marketing and social media campaigns. A professional video shoot for their business is also on the cards.

Each contest features professionals offering specific services and only the running services entries will be considered. For example, when the contest for Catering professionals is running, entries from other services besides Catering will not be considered. A new service category will be promoted every two weeks.

Each video entry must contain the following details in no particular order

• Business name and service provided
• What made you start this business?
• What makes your service unique?
• How you promote your business
• If you could start over, what would you do differently?
• Interesting facts about your business

Video length must be < 1 minute

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Vconnect Global Services Ltd, whose registered office is at 60, Marina, 7th Floor, Marine View Building, Marina, Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. The competition will start on the 1st of March 2018.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
   1. Follow us on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram @vconnectnigeria
   2. Upload a video of you sharing your business story to your social media page(s) and tag @vconnectnigeria and using #ImAPro
   3. Get your friends to like and share them
   4. Winners will be chosen based on how much adherence the participant made in creating the video as well as the discretion of the Vconnect judging team.
   5. Competitor shall be responsible for copyright infringement on any video submitted
   6. Vconnect will reserve the license to use any video submitted
   7. There’ll be a single winner for each service promoted.
   8. Prizes:
      1. 50,000 worth of business gear for winning businesses.
      2. Win paid promotion of your business via Email and SMS and reach over 500,000 potential customers
      3. Professional business video
6. Vconnect reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Vconnect’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Vconnect.
   
7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. Vconnect will notify the winners when and how the prizes can be redeemed.
10. By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
