Cussons Baby Moments Nigeria - Season 6, Win N1million ‎

Hello mum and dad,

We’re so delighted to announce that the Cussons Baby Moments competition is here again! This is the sixth edition of the Cussons Baby Moments competition, and we know you’re excited too. Is your baby between the ages of 0 – 24 months? Do you think they stand a chance of winning the Cussons Baby Moments competition and winning the one million Naira grand prize? Then you should sign your baby up!

 Here’s what you need to do to register your baby:

1. Take a cute, creative photo of your baby.
2. Make sure that there’s a Cussons Baby Gift Pack in your baby’s picture.
3. Visit https://cussonsbaby.com.ng/cbm6  or bit.ly/cussonsbabymoments to fill the form and upload your baby’s photo.
4. Registration will last for 5 weeks. At the end of each week, the Cussons Baby team will shortlist 200 babies.
5. The 200 babies shortlisted every week will constitute the Top 1000 at the end of the registration period.
6. If your baby is not shortlisted in the week you registered, you can register again!
7. You have the opportunity to register once every week until your baby makes the Top 1000.
8. We will be giving out gifts to 10 participants in the competition every week. So even if your baby is not shortlisted in the week you registered, you still stand the chance of winning some really amazing gifts!
9.  There will be only one voting stage, and votes will be verified via Facebook to prevent any funny business.  The shortlisted Top 1000 Babies from the 5 weeks of entry will be voted down to the Top 50 Babies.
10.  From the Top 50 Babies, our judges will select the Top 10 Babies, who will proceed to the Grand Finale!
11.  At the Grand Finale, the babies who won the Special Categories will be announced, and the Cussons Baby of the Year will be selected and crowned!

How to participate and win

1. ‎BUY. A Cussons Baby Gift Pack 

2. SNAP. A creative photo of your baby (0-24 months old) with the gift pack.

3. UPLOAD. Use the ENTER button below to submit your baby's photo. (September 13th to October 19th, 2019) 

4. VOTE. Get family and friends to vote, vote, vote. (Voting Starts on October 25th, 2019)

HOW TO ENTER 

3.1. A purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. 

3.2. To enter the competition participant must purchase any Cussons Baby Gift Pack from any supermarket, retail outlet or open market. 

3.3. Entrants are required to register and upload a picture of the baby with any Cussons Baby Gift Pack and submit the picture on the Photo Uploader App. Entrants are advised to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of this Competition available on the website entry page. Entrants are wholly bound by the terms and conditions of this Competition upon submission of entries.

 3.4. Entrants are required to provide all information required in the form for the entry to be valid. Any misrepresentation or false information will render the entry invalid. 

3.5. Entrant’s upload should be made within the specific duration of the competition (September 13th, 2019 to October 18th, 2019) to ensure validity. 

3.6. 200 entries will be shortlisted each week during the Call-to-Entry stage, 

3.7. Entrants are allowed to re-register should they not make the weekly shortlisted, re-registration is only allowed within the period of Call-to-Entry. 

3.8. All entries made after the stated deadline date will be void. 

3.9. The Company reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of claims and Entrants (including but not limited to Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify all entries that are not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or that tampers with the claims process. If the Company fails to implement any of its rights at any stage, this does not constitute a waiver of these rights. 

3.10. The Company hereby states that it will only accept picture / video entries that will not violate intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything, which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. 

3.11. All entries or documentation at any stage of this competition will be required to be sent at the stipulated time and the company reserves the right to disqualify ANY entrant on the basis of late submission at ANY stage of the competition 

3.12. By participating in this competition, the Entrant grants permission to the Company to use the images or details/data in any and all media for promotional /marketing purposes with no payment consideration to the Entrant for three (3) years. 

3.13. All Entrants must ensure that they have a valid national identification. 

4. WINNER SELECTION

 4.1. Determination of the final winner will be done via a 2-stage process. This process will involve Online Voting for the favourite baby on the Photo Up loader App and selection of the top voted babies from the Up loader App by an independent panel of judges. 

4.2. Judges decision will be based on defined criteria and will be final 

4.3. Winners shall be selected as follows: 4.3.1. Stage 1: This is an online voting phase to determine the top 50 babies with highest genuine likes on Photo Uploaded App. 

4.3.2. Stage 2: This is a judging phase. The Company will present the top 50 babies to an independent panel of judges for selection based on defined criteria. The judges will select the top 10 babies from the top 50 babies in Stage 1. 

4.3.2.1. At this stage, entrants will be required to send in new photos of their babies for judges’ appraisal. 

4.3.2.2. The Top 10 entrants will be required to send a short video of a day in the life of their baby. 

4.3.3. Stage 3: The Company presents the top 10 babies at the grand finale from Stage 2 to an independent panel of judges to determine the final winner. The selection will be based on defined criteria -the suitability of the theme, natural expressions or special moments (Natural action or Special moment), the original photos meet the requirements specified, creativity. 

4.3.4. Judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

4.3.5. Dates for Stages 1 to 3 will be communicated after the entry stage on the Website and social media pages. 

4.3.9. Before being declared the Prize Winner, the selected entrant shall be required to correctly have met the necessary requirements to comply with the Competition Rules. 

4.3.10. EACH SELECTED ENTRANT WILL BE NOTIFIED BY TELEPHONE / EMAIL NO LATER THAN 24hours to the Grand Finale.
