The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to this Promotion. 

1. The Promotion is organized by Promasidor Nigeria Limited and it is
managed and executed by various contracted service providers
including … (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Organizers”). 

2. All prizes are offered by Promasidor Nigeria Limited but distributed by
TargetMax 

3. The Promotion will run from 7th September 2020 to 31st October 2020
subject to extension at the discretion of the Organizers. 

4. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions which are subject to the exclusive
interpretation of the Organizers and whose decision regarding any
dispute shall be final and binding. The Organizers reserve the right to
amend, modify or change these terms and conditions at any time
during the Promotion with notice to participants. 

5. Any alteration to these terms and conditions and/any development
relating to the Promotion shall be deemed to have been sufficiently
communicated to participants by the Organizers by publishing such
notice on this platform. 

6. Entry is open to residents and citizens of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria except for employees and immediate family members of the
Organizers. 

7. Only individuals of the age of 18 and above are eligible to
participate in the Promotion. 

8. The Promotion is open to the eligible participants with a duly
registered mobile phone SIM with any of the network providers in
Nigeria namely MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9Mobile. Participants opting to
use the USSD platform must have a duly registered mobile phone SIM
with MTN, Glo or 9Mobile. Participants shall be responsible for the cost
of data where required. 

9. Each participant can register and participate in the Promotion
without any limit to the number of times, provided that such entries
are made during the pendency of the Promotion and the
participants do not use any unauthorized tools for the participation.
However, the star prize of 1 Million Naira can only be awarded once
per person during the Promotion.

 10.Winning participants will be required to present a valid Federal
Government recognized identity card without which the prizes will
be forfeited and no further communication will be entered in relation
to such forfeited prizes. 

11.To participate in the Promotion, participants will be required to do
the following:
1. Submit 50 empty sachets of any Onga powder at any of
the Redemption Centres within each region across Nigeria
to win prizes.
2. Upon submission, take a lucky dip to pick a scratch card
and reveal whatever gift is on the scratch card for an
instant win. 

 
12.For cash prizes, confirmation will be made via SMS to the participant
and a follow-up phone call may be also made. 

13.Names of winners MAY be published in newspapers, on social media
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), or on the Organizers’
website(s) as may be determined by the Organizers. By participating
in this Promo, participants hereby give their unreserved consent to
such publication. 

14.The prizes to be won are limited solely to those herein stated. The
Organizers shall not offer any other prize and no compensation and
or gift shall be given to any participant in any manner and for any
reason whatsoever. 

15.Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be
valid and will be deemed void. All decisions on entries are at the sole
discretion of the Organizers and are final. No liability will be
accepted by the Organizers for any lost, damaged, misdirected,
incorrect or late participations, or for any technical difficulties that
may affect the final result of the Promotion. 

16.The Organizers reserve the right to substitute the prizes with prizes
which are equivalent at any time during the Promotion at their sole
