To qualify for the competition,
1. Buy 3 different Cussons Baby products or a Cussons Baby gift pack.
2. Take a creative picture of your baby with the required products.
3. Upload the pictures on our web app.
App will be opened on Monday by 12:00am for you to fill the form and upload your baby’s pictures.

1. ELIGIBILITY.
i. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: be a legal resident of Nigeria attained the age of maturity in Nigeria – 18 years and above; and must be a parent, related guardian, or sibling to the competing baby.
ii. All competing babies must be between the ages of 0 and 24 months
iii. A valid Birth Certificate for the Child will be requested, anytime during the competition or the Grand finale.
iv. Consent Letter from Parent{s} to allow the child who emerges the winner participate in the winnings of the Contest.
v. The individual will be the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest submitted in connection with the Contest.
vi. By entering the Competition, the Entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current, and complete and they have full rights to the images and details/data that is uploaded and that the use of the said material shall not constitute a breach of any third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights.
2. CONTEST PERIOD.
i. The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Greenwich Meridian Time (“GMT”) on 1st of December, 2020 and ends at Midnight Greenwich Meridian Time (“GMT”) on 31st of March 31, 2021 (the “Contest Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received between the contest entry period/timeline from 14th of December 2020 to 5th of February, 2021 (the end of the “Entry Period”) after which the Entry Period will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
3. HOW TO ENTER.
i. A purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
ii. To enter the contest, participants must purchase any 3 different Cussons Baby Products or a Cussons Baby gift pack across online (E-commerce) and offline (Hypermarket, Supermarket, or open market) platforms.
iii. Take a picture of your baby (0-24 months) showing Cussons Baby Products and upload it on App.
iii. Entrants are advised to carefully read the instructions. They must also read these terms and conditions therein the Facebook entry page.
iv. Entrants are advised to provide all information required in the form for the entry to be valid.
v. Entrant’s upload should be made within the specific duration of the competition (14th of December, 2020 to 5th of February, 2021) to ensure validity.
vi. All entries made after the stated deadline date will be void.
vii. The Company reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of claims and Entrants (including but not limited to Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify all entries that are not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or that tampers with the claims process. If the Company fails to implement any of its rights at any stage, this does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
viii. The Company hereby states that it will only accept picture entries that will not violate the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything,
