How do I know how many GTCoins I have?

‎ You will be notified of the GTCoins earned for a transaction via the ‘Post transaction message’ received for that transaction. 

Cumulative GTCoins can also be tracked on Internet Banking and via balance inquiry using 737. GTCoins are accumulated from the 1st day of the month to the last, and all unused GTCoins are wiped off at the end of the month. You also lose GTCoins when you use other Banks’ ATMs

How do I use my GTCoins?

You can use your GTCoins to redeem special offers and deals which will be available on a monthly basis. The monthly deals, amount of GTCoins required for its redemption and the redemption channel will be communicated monthly via your Post transaction message

Note: GTCoins are accumulated from the first to the last day of every month and must be used within the month. Your GTCoins can not be rolled over to the next month.‎
