TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING PARTICIPATION IN THE 2020 COCA-COLA PREMIER LEAGUE UNDER THE CROWN PROMOTION (THE “PROMOTION’’)

The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to the aforementioned Promotion and all Participants in the Promotion are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same:
Organization, Duration and Participation Mechanic in the Promotion
1. The Promotion is organized by Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of The CocaCola Company [“TCCC”]) responsible for undertaking marketing operations in Nigeria, is supported by its Bottlers, Nigerian Bottling Company Limited and managed and executed by various contracted service providers including DefineX Danismanlik Anonim Sirketi and Softcom Limited (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Organizers”).
2. To participate in the Promotion, Participants will be required to do the following:
- a) Purchase any of the listed Coca-Cola/Coke beverage products in Nigeria contained in the table below: MARKET COKE CLASSIC COKE ZERO PACKAGING CAP COLOUR Nigeria 35cl, 50cl Crown (RGB) Yellow 50cl & 60cl Closure (PET) Grey 35cl Crown (RGB) Black 60cl Closure (PET) Black
b) Check under the crown or closure to stand a chance to win instant prizes. Winnings are categorized into two categories. Below are the possible options: (i) Instant cash prize of either ₦100 or ₦1000; or (ii) An all-expense paid trip to the United Kingdom to watch a Premier League match redeemable guaranteed upon presentation of a valid UK entry visa This will be subject to the agreement of winning Participants to additional terms and conditions communicated to them separately.
c) To redeem the cash prize, the Participant keys in the promo-code on a USSD platform by dialing*4255*55*PROMOCODE# on their mobile device. This may attract charges from your network provider.
d) Once the promo-code is validated, Participants are instantly credited with the cash prize and will receive a prompt of options available to utilize the cash prize.
3. There is no registration fee or monies (other than the purchase price of the Coca-Cola/Coke beverage product) payable by consumers to participate in the Promotion PROVIDED that winners of the allexpense paid trip to the United Kingdom have a valid international passport. Winners shall be responsible for the costs of providing any documentation required by the UK High Commission or the Organizers in order to benefit from the Prize.
4. The Promotion shall commence on March 1, 2020 and end on May 31, 2020.
Eligibility for Participation
5. The Promotion is open to residents and citizens of Nigeria with the exception of the Organizer's staff and their families, as well as all persons who participated in the development of the Promotion. Participants who are minors aged 13 years and below must be assisted to the extent necessary by their parents or lawful guardian.
6. All Participants must have a duly registered mobile phone sim-card.
7. There is no limit to the number of times Participants can enter and participate in the Promotion. However, after three attempts at entering an incorrect promo code, participants shall be disqualified, and they will be unable to participate further in the promotion thereafter.
8. The participating brand is only COCA-COLA (and its variants Coca-Cola Classic and Coca-Cola Zero) bottled and packaged in RGB and PET by Nigerian Bottling Company Limited.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
9. Participants may be required to provide certain personal identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, pseudonym, e-mailing address, telephone number, picture etc. ("Personal Information").
10. The Organizers will have the right to process the personal information provided by the participants, for the purpose of actualizing this Promotion and marketing purposes or to seek direct contact, while respecting and maintaining the privacy of the participants, unless there is a need for disclosure to the competent authorities strictly under the confines of the relevant empowering law.
11. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the processing of your Personal Information by the Organizers which may involve the transfer of same to third party service providers and partners of the Organizers in foreign jurisdictions.
Security
12. The security of Participants Personal Information is vital, therefore Organizers will strive to use commercially acceptable technical means to protect Personal Information but cannot guarantee its absolute security of the same.
General Rules of the Promotion
13. The Organizers may refuse to grant any Reward to any Participant in the event of fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement to participate in the Promotion under these Terms and Conditions.
14. The Organizers reserve the right to amend and adjust the Promotion format and timings as they deem fit.
15. The Organizers reserve the right to amend the menu of Rewards as they deem fit at any point during the Promotion. Classified - Confidential
16. Although the Organizers have used reasonable efforts to ensure that all information and materials relating to the Promotion are accurate, they shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or errors in such information and/or material. The Organizers, their agents and sub-contractors will also not bear responsibility for any loss or damage to a Participant, whether caused by self or any third party, arising from:
• Matters outside the control of the Organizers, their agents and sub-contractors including but not limited to force majeure events such as acts of God, computer viruses, power outages, government regulations or any change thereto etc; and
• Any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any machine, telephone network or system, service provider software or otherwise which may result in any communication being lost or not properly received, registered or recorded.

18. By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which will be interpreted by the Organizers, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Organizers reserve the right to amend, modify or change these rules at any time during the Promotion.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and the Participant(s) submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of courts of Nigeria.
20. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these Terms and conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
