The Ramadan campaign aims to engage the Muslim target audience. And this competition details form part of these terms and conditions by the promoter – Mamador Nigeria.
Terms and Conditions
In order to enter the promo, you must agree to these Official Rules (“Rules”). Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. The promoter has the right to withdraw or cancel the prize winning if the person (s) is identified to have violated any of the Rules.
Every entry submitted can be used by promoter for other promotional contents if need be.
CONTEST PERIOD
The "IftarWithMamador” giveaway commences on 14th May 2020 and ends
on 23rd May 2020. Winners will be announced the day after each giveaway announcement from a vendor. The promoter has the right to extend or reduce this period at their discretion.
ELIGIBILTY
· To be eligible to participate in the giveaway, entrants must be 18 years or older and resident in Nigeria.
· Participation is open to residents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria except employees of Mamador Nigeria and their immediate families, the distributor team and relatives, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or household are excluded from the Contest.
Residents of states with total lockdown will not be able to receive the giveaway hence are advised not to participate.

4. The repost with the highest likes and comments wins.
5. Winners will be announced by 12 Noon the next day. The comment should have the hashtag as well and must be reachable withing 2 hours of announcement.
6. Preference will be given to entries in states that are not on total lockdown.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
i. 1 (one) winner each will be selected on Facebook & Instagram based on meeting all the criteria.
ii. Creativity of entries will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter – Mamador Nigeria.
iii. The winner will be announced on the Mamador Nigeria Facebook and Instagram Pages.
iv. Once you see your name on the Mamador Nigeria Page, DM your details for delivery immediately.
REDEMPTION
1. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters related to this giveaway and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The promoter will be the final arbiter in any decision and the decision will be final and binding.
3. Failure to respond in 2 hours and failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize in which case the next qualified winner will be selected.
4. The decision of the promoter is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
5. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. The changes in the competition rules will be published on Mamador’s website/Facebook page.
6. In the event of any discrepancy these terms and conditions shall prevail.
