DEFINITIONS:

“Competition”: The Ginjaaah Your Flow Dance Challenge

“Promoter”: Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited

“Promoter’s Instagram Page”: @CocaCola_ng

“Minimum Age”: 13 (thirteen years old).

“Territory”: Nigeria only.

“Prize”: Top 3 winners from Instagram and Top 3 winners from Triller will be rewarded with Cash respectively

“Total Number of Winners”: 6

“Starting Time”: 13:00:00(West Africa Time) on 3rd September, 2021.

“Closing Time”: 12:00:00 (West Africa Time) on19th September, 2021.

“Selection and Notification Period”: From Closing Time until 12:00:00 (West Africa Time) on 24th September, 2021 (inclusive).

“Response Deadline”: 12:00:00 (West Africa Time) on26th September, 2021.

“Delivery Timescale”: Five (5) working days after the Response Deadline (see Paragraph 8 below). 24th – 30th September, 2021.

“Entry Limit”: Once.

By entering the Competition via Instagram or Triller, you acknowledge and agree that you accept and will be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Ts&Cs”) relating to the Competition as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these rules and any prizes, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

1. PROMOTER: The promoter of the Competition is Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited (“Promoter”), a company registered in Nigeria with Company Number RC 134367 and whose registered address is at 16 Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos State, (“Registered Office”). If you have any questions or concerns in relation to the Competition, you can write to the Promoter at the Registered Office or email the Promoter atcocacolang@coca-cola.com, marking your letter or email for the attention of the Coca-Cola (Nigeria) Marketing Team and giving the name of the Competition and details of the question or concern.

2. ELIGIBILITY: 

(a) AGE: Entrants must be the Minimum Age (with parental consent for entrants under 18) or over. 
(b) RESIDENCE: Entrants must be legally resident in the Territory. 
(c) EMPLOYEES: The following entities or persons are not eligible to enter the Competition: (i) any employee, bottler or agent of the Promoter and their immediate families and household members; (ii) any employee of any entity within the same corporate group as the Promoter; (iii) any person who is, and any employee of any entity which is, involved in any way with the organization, management, promotion and/or administration of the Competition, including without limitation any persons or entities providing the Prize. 
(d) INELIGIBLE ENTRIES:The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time to (i) ask any entrant for proof that they satisfy any and all applicable eligibility requirements; (ii) ask for proof that the entrant has sufficient intellectual property rights to the submitted entry; and to (iii) disqualify an entrant from the Competition in accordance with paragraphs 8 and 10 below if, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, that entrant has not proved to the Promoter that they satisfy any and all eligibility requirements for the Competition. Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final.

3. ENTRY MEDIA: You can only enter if you have a valid Instagram or Triller account, the Privacy Settings of which must not prevent the Promoter from contacting you by inbox message if you are selected as a winner.

4. DATES: The Competition starts at the Starting Time and closes at the Closing Time. Any entries submitted before the Starting Time and/or after the Closing Time (whether due to human error on the part of the entrant, technical issues, network congestion and/or for any other reason) will be invalid and will not be entered into the Competition. Only eligible entries that appear on the Promoter’s applicable Instagram Page timeline and Triller dedicated page between the Starting Time and the Closing Time will be entered into the Competition. The computer of the individual administering the Competition on behalf of the Promoter will be the official timekeeper for all matters relating to the Competition.
